About Rose
Rose Hayden joined Zashin & Rich in 2024. Her practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Zashin & Rich, Rose was a Judicial Staff Attorney at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas where she managed her judge’s active civil docket. Rose also served as law clerk at the District of Columbia Commission on Human Rights, an impartial forum for hearing cases of unlawful discrimination arising under the District of Columbia’s corollaries to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other federal employment statutes.
Rose graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in linguistics. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy. In her free time, Rose enjoys playing electric bass, trying new restaurants, learning languages and spending time with her husband and their three children.
