About Mason
Mason Mackovjak joined Zashin & Rich in 2023. His practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law, including representing public and private employers in arbitrations, collective bargaining, impasse proceedings, and defending against claims of retaliation and discrimination.
Mason graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with his bachelor's degree. He later earned his law degree cum laude from Capital University Law School, including a top mark in Trial Advocacy. While at Capital, Mason served as the Publishing Editor of the Capital University Law Review. Prior to joining Zashin & Rich, Mason externed for the Supreme Court of Ohio.
In his free time, Mason enjoys golfing, rooting for all Cleveland sports teams and The Ohio State Buckeyes, and trying new restaurants throughout the state.
