About Jacqueline
Jacqueline Seifert joined Zashin & Rich in 2025. Her practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law, including representing public and private employers in matters involving workplace policies, disciplinary actions, and compliance with state and federal employment statutes.
Jacqueline earned her law degree cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2025, where she earned the CALI Award in Feminist Legal Theory, and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List. During law school, she served as Co-Chair of the Student Bar Association Activities Committee and was an active member of the Women’s Law Association.
While in law school, Jacqueline clerked for the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office Juvenile Division, where she supported attorneys in preparing for trial and drafting legal documents. Later, she clerked for Zashin & Rich, where she conducted legal research and assisted in discovery preparation for labor and employment matters.
Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science from The Ohio State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2022. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree from Columbus State Community College, which she completed during high school in 2020.
In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her partner, Nick. She also enjoys listening to music, weightlifting, baking, and reading.
