About Dylan
Dylan Brown joined Zashin & Rich in 2024, where his practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law. Dylan works extensively on non-compete and trade secret litigation.
Dylan graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. At Baldwin Wallace, Dylan earned certificates for his studies in Western Europe and Western Warfare, served on the board of the Delta Upsilon Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society, and actively competed on the school’s cybersecurity team.
Dylan then earned his law degree—magna cum laude—in 2024 from the Cleveland State University College of Law. During law school, Dylan clerked under Federal Prosecutors at the United States District Attorney’s Office, served as a founding board member of the school’s now prominent CyberLaw Society, and volunteered at the school’s Appellate Practice Clinic.
Dylan combines his strong background in technology, analytical reasoning, and ability at understanding historical context to help employers navigate complex labor and employment challenges, including statistical analyses and protecting confidential information and enforcing restrictive covenants in an evolving workplace landscape.
In his free time, Dylan enjoys traveling, e-sports, reading non-fiction, hiking, and listening to music.
