Lauren M. Drabic

About Lauren

Lauren Drabic joined Zashin & Rich in 2018. Her practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law. She regularly practices in federal and state court and before administrative agencies and has experience representing employers against claims of discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, federal and state wage and hour violations, and whistleblower retaliation.

Prior to joining Zashin & Rich, Lauren practiced employment law in Washington, D.C., where she litigated cases in federal court and before administrative agencies that arose under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Whistleblower Protection Act, and other federal employment statutes.

Lauren graduated from Allegheny College and received her law degree cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law. While at American, she served on the senior editorial board of the American University Law Review. In her free time, Lauren enjoys baking, running, yoga, and spending time with her husband and their two young daughters, Mia and Avery.
