    About Brittany

Brittany Mallow joined Zashin & Rich in 2021. As a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Groups, she represents both public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Brittany graduated, cum laude, with her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she was a Cleveland-Marshall Law Justice Scholar and Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association Life Member Scholar. Brittany also earned her M.B.A. from Cleveland State University. During law school, Brittany served as Vice Chair of the Moot Court Team and Treasurer of the International Law Society. As a Member of the Moot Court Team, Brittany competed in several national moot court competitions, winning Best Petitioner’s Brief and advancing to the final four at the Herbert Wechsler National Moot Court Competition. Brittany also gained valuable legal experience while serving the Cleveland community as a student in the Community Advocacy Law Clinic at Cleveland-Marshall.

Throughout her studies, Brittany viewed legal issues through several different lenses as the manager of a large restaurant on the east side of Cleveland, and as a Law Clerk for an industry-leading insurance company and a well-established law firm in Cleveland.

Originally from Western Maryland, Brittany stayed close to home for her undergraduate degree, earning her B.S. from Frostburg State University with a double-major in Political Science and Law & Society. Brittany also holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, passionately rooting for her favorite sports teams, volunteering with youth in the Cleveland area, trying out random hobbies, and visiting the sights, sounds and tastes of Cleveland.
