David R. Vance joined Zashin & Rich Co., L.P.A. in 2008.  David is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Group, and his practice encompasses all areas of public and private employment related issues.

David received his Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Ohio University.  Prior to attending law school, David worked as a contracting officer for NASA drafting, negotiating, and administering multi-million dollar contracts.  David then earned his law degree (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he was a Barton Scholar and member of a national moot court team.
